The Aeroitalia ATPL Cadet Programme stems from the partnership between Urbe Aero and Aeroitalia to select, train, and launch the airline pilots of the future. The programme offers a comprehensive pathway from scratch (ab initio) or an advanced pipeline for ATPL holders, with operational fleet integration up to the first 500 flight hours on Boeing 737.

The ATPL Wizz Air Pathway Program is the only pilot training program in Italy from zero or little experience that offers two key benefits: the airline provides a conditional job offer and pays in advance the APS-MCC and Type Rating training costs.
